Waterjet Cutting through advanced ultra-high-pressure supercharging technology, the water can be pressurized above 400Mpa, and the formation speed an be up to two or three time the speed of the sound and the water jet with very high kinetic energy can be formed. This water jet has a strong cutting ability to cut almost all kinds of soft materials. Mixed with abrasive in water jet, the water jet can cut almost all the soft and hard materials. The cutting error is only ±0.1mm and its strong cutting ability and unique cold cutting characteristics make it safer, more environmentally friendly and more efficient.

Waterjet cutting bricks are specially designed and manufactured to fully support parts during the waterjet cutting process. Made from a unique co-polymer (a combination of polypropylene and polyethylene), the bricks use a laminated flute pattern to minimize splashback from the jet while draining water and debris away quickly and effectively.
